Tiger Cubs Lessons - Ages 4 to 7
Monday & Wednesday: 4:30pm Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00pm or 5:30pm The early development that occurs for children between the ages of 4-7 is crucial for building physical, social, and cognitive abilities. The Tiger Cubs training program aids in this development through play-based action scenarios, staged physical challenges, and cognitive development drills. Students strengthen their ability to process instructions, focus on objectives, and interact amongst peers inside an energetic and fun martial arts based experience. |
Junior Tigers Class - Ages 7 to 14 Monday & Wednesday: 5:00pm Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00pm Friday: 5:30pm Our Junior Tigers training program stimulates confidence and leadership through achievement and physical skill building. Students between the ages of 7-14 will enjoy participating in the various athletic and artistic elements of class that cultivate them into becoming skilled martial artists. Important achievements are marked by a progressive belt rank system that rewards students for meeting their goals. Our program is unique from any other sport in that it shapes students to be strong, individualized competitors while at the same time teaching them the importance of working as a team. The program challenges participants to develop and strengthen their martial arts skills through high paced and exciting training classes. Students can also choose to compete for champion titles through the National and Regional tournament circuit. |
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Ages 7 & Above Kids 7-13 Monday 5:15pm Adults 14+ Wednesday: 7:00pm The BJJ martial arts class is designed for the ages of 7 and up. Taught by Purple Belt Rick Pope with the street smart self-defense in mind. This program is not tournament / competition based training. It is designed for the student looking to learn the Self-Defense side of Jiu-Jitsu. Incorporating Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, tied in with smart thinking and allowing even the students that lack strength, flexibility, and fast thinking to be able to use a method of self-defense everyone can learn. |
Adult Martial Arts - Ages 14 & Above Monday & Wednesday: 6:00pm Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00pm Friday: 5:30pm The adult martial arts class is designed for the ages of 14 and up. Physical fitness, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, and self-defense become a major part of the adult life. |
